What is the return policy for RW&CO. Canada?
We offer a 30-day return policy for both in-store and online purchases. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Does RW&CO. offer free shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $120 across Canada. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee applies. RW&CO. Insiders may also receive exclusive free shipping offers throughout the year.
How can I track my online order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can also track your package directly through the 'Order Status' link in the footer of our website.
Can I pick up my online order in-store?
Yes, we offer a 'Ship to Store' option. Simply select your preferred RW&CO. boutique at checkout. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also support PayPal and offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' services through PayBright for flexible installment payments.
Do you offer professional tailoring services?
While we do not offer in-house tailoring, our suiting is designed with extra seam allowance to allow for easy alterations by your local tailor to ensure a perfect fit.
