Log in to your account or use our guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and generate a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a sturdy box and include your packing slip.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid Canada Post shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized post office location across Canada.
Receive Your Refund
Once our distribution center receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
